DV 101: A Community Conversation on What Support Really Looks Like

When someone shares that they’ve experienced domestic violence, the words and support they receive can have a lasting impact on their safety, healing, and sense of empowerment.

This community conversation will provide essential guidance on how to respond with compassion, avoid common pitfalls, and best support survivors in a way that is trauma-informed and survivor-centered.

Bradley Angle & still we rise 2026 Gala

Bradley Angle & still we rise 2026 Gala

We invite you to join us for our largest and most impactful fundraiser of the year, BRADLEY ANGLE & still we rise 2026 GALA,—a night that honors the resilience, renewal, and rebirth of survivors. This event marks a moment to witness what happens when compassion meets action—when ashes give way to fire, and hope is reborn.

Since our founding in 1975, our organization has consistently shown up for those that are most vulnerable in our community, providing safety, advocacy, and pathways to healing for survivors and their families. The critical funds raised through this annual event directly support life-changing programs and services that empower over 500 survivors and hundreds of children each year to reclaim their voices, rebuild their lives, and rise into a future defined by hope.

This is more than an event. It is a testament to endurance. A collective breath before the climb.

A declaration that even from ashes, we are born again—into fire, into light, into strength.

Join us in honoring the courage it takes for survivors to rise after hardship and the power obtained through survivor-led healing.

When: Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 6PM-9PM

Where: Avenue Portland | 631 NE Grand Avenue Portland, OR 97232
