Domestic Violence Awareness Month
This October, as we honor Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we also celebrate a powerful milestone: Bradley Angle’s 50th anniversary. For five decades, Bradley Angle has been at the forefront of supporting survivors and reshaping what safety and healing look like in our community.
From opening one of the first domestic violence shelters in the nation in 1975 to expanding trauma-informed, culturally specific services today, our history is rooted in resilience and survivor leadership. While we look back with gratitude for the advocates, community partners, and survivors who paved the way, we also look forward - reaffirming Bradley Angle's commitment to building a future free from violence.
This month, we invite you to reflect, learn, and take action alongside us as we continue to advance hope and healing for all survivors.
