This year marks Bradley Angle’s 50th year. 50 years of being strong, rooted in resilience, and showing up as a safe haven for some of those that are most vulnerable in our community.
In just the last year, we served 514 survivors and their families, and while we are so proud of our ability to do that - to be here for those who need us. I want to be clear - we’re not celebrating what those folks went through. We’re not celebrating a culture that perpetuates violence - we are celebrating the strength and resilience of survivors, and working towards the day when we have eradicated violence from our personal relationships.
Our work is being targeted by an administration that does not believe survivors, does not believe their stories, and does not believe in a world of equity - but we do.
