This Trauma Recovery & Empowerment Support Group is a mental-health- informed, survivor-centered space designed to support healing through connection, understanding, and choice. The group recognizes the ways trauma can impact emotional well-being, including stress responses, anxiety, depression, dissociation, sleep, trust, and self-worth. Participants are offered practical tools and shared learning opportunities to support coping and healing—without judgment, pressure, or expectation to share.
